Post by Sambodhi Oz »

Greetings!

I am the (new) Personnel Coordinator for Sutta Central.

We are looking for Sutta/Vinaya/Abhidhamma translations in the following languages:

Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Arabic, Swahili and Urdu

Would be most grateful for any info on the above.

it would be nice if Suttacentral was accessible from Russian speaking countries before Russian translations appear on the site

On our website we have 100% Samyutta Nikaya suttas in Russian, soon 100% of Anguttara will be published as well, after that we plan to put all suttas from Majjhima (there are some already on the site). We put new suttas on the website every 3 days.

Full list with direct links to particular suttas is here -- http://theravada.ru/Teaching/Canon/Sutt ... s-list.htm

DN (ДН) comes first in list, then MN (МН) , then SN (СН) , then AN (АН) , then KN (in this order: Khudakkapatha > Dhammapada (Дхм) > Udana (Уд) > Itivuttaka (Ити) (100% suttas) > Suttanipata (Снп) (100% suttas) > Vimanavatthu > Petavatthu > Theragatha (Тхаг) > Therigatha (Тхиг) > Jataka (Джат) > Other books

:reading:

PS: Also we have some translations from Vinaya Kandhaka - Mahavagga and Culavagga -- http://theravada.ru/Teaching/Canon/Vinaya/khandhaka.htm

Alas, still not accessible. Something is wrong with their anti-DDOS settings I guess.
