Hi, does anyone know the process of ordination in Pa Auk Monastery, and is it possible. and what kind of challenges does it bring. and can you in example disrobe after 10 years?

A monk ordained in the Theravada tradition is free to disrobe any time he so chooses...

you may want to have look at Teaching & Training at Pa Auk

I think you can ordain within 4 months if you are not from a Buddhist family, or not already ordained before. Otherwise, you can ordain almost straight away.
