hi everyone,
im wondering what your experience of tapping is, its when you tap your fingers on your energy channels for emotional healing. are there books on it that are good i should get?
when walking say to yourself "i am walking" when riding in a car say to yourself "i am sitting in a seat riding in a car" make sure to be concious of the statement, use your intelligence to simply comprehend it and in my experience this is the best way to be mindful in daily life.

I've heard about it. Paul McKenna advocates it. I've read a little bit about it. I reject it as hocus-pocus with a possible placebo effect.
