I'd also suggest a vitamin D supplement if you aren't getting about 20 minutes of sunlight on your skin per day. The liquid ones are easy to take, just a drop a day.

You need much more than 20 minutes. As for supplements, 4000 IU of D3 is best. Capsule form, not liquid.
