Thanks Jhana4

On the subject of making vegie meals taste 'meaty', I have just finished my first trial of using Quorn mince in a chilli con carne type meal (sans meat) with quinoa on the side. I was really quite impressed with the mycoprotein.
kind regards

Ben

Good news--Quorn is the only meat substitute that appears healthful. It is far better than soy isolate, which should be avoided. I would recommend it to all vegetarians. Seems like a real breakthrough.

I recently tried the Quorn "chik'n" patties and I thought they were pretty good. :)
