In reading the scriptures, there are two kinds of mistakes: One mistake is to cling to the literal text and miss the inner principles. The second mistake is to recognize the principles but not apply them to your own mind, so that you waste time and just make them into causes of entanglement.
On the subject of making vegie meals taste 'meaty', I have just finished my first trial of using Quorn mince in a chilli con carne type meal (sans meat) with quinoa on the side. I was really quite impressed with the mycoprotein. kind regards

Good news--Quorn is the only meat substitute that appears healthful. It is far better than soy isolate, which should be avoided. I would recommend it to all vegetarians. Seems like a real breakthrough.
