I thought it might be nice to share a list of things that we constantly find ourselves examining during meditation and daily life. Items on my list usually come from Dhamma talks and my own experiences. I don't make an effort to incorporate everything at once, but just having these things viewable as a reminder has helped my practice deepen substantially. My goal here is to hopefully acquire some new ideas
