Greetings dhamma friends,
Recently I have brought the contemplation of The Four Noble Truths into my meditation practice as well as throughout my day-to-day life. It seems like an easy thing to overlook, but the value of contemplating these four basic truths has brought a lot of clarity to my life lately, especially the stressful and difficult situations that inevitably arise in our lives.
I was wondering if anyone else would like to share their experiences and/or advice in bringing these teaching closer to the heart and making them a regular daily contemplation.
