Four Elements meditation

indeed with just a few twenty minute meditations on the Four Elements i found this form of practice to be very soothing and relaxing and quite benificial in aiding sleep, as sometimes Anapanasati can have too much of an invigorating effect on me before bedtime

here is another take onn the Elemants by Thanisarro Bhikku

he includes the element of Space for escaping anxiety and uses the water element to produce cooling, very grounding
