Meditation, in the Buddhist context, consists of right effort, right mindfulness and right concentration which are the 3 factors of the Noble Eightfold Path leading to total liberation.

I like it!

Although I would agree with Manapa - fry the onions lightly in some oil until they go soft first, or else they might be a bit crunchy
