Before I forget what I experienced, before it fades.

When meditatin, eyes closed, Samatha - at one point I was struck by how unreal, how false (for want of a better word) this existence is. It all felt plastic, like it was a facade, a covering of sorts. Like the coliuring was too rich, it was like wathcing T.V programme. I got the impression there was something much more simpler behind it all, behind all this complex 'reality stuff'.

Even when meditating I felt it was all unecessary, like this truth (whatever it is) is staring right at us. It all boiled down to us running around in a pretend world when the reality is so very less - but at the same time so very very much more.

It really felt like the Matrix movie (bad analogy but I hope you get it).

It's actually still with me now

The problem is this though, I've only been meditating for about a year or more, so surely it can't be anything.

What is this?

EDIT: What is just as incredible is this post I posted just before I meditated: http://www.dhammawheel.com/viewtopic.ph ... 150#p78150" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
