General discussion of issues related to Theravada Meditation, e.g. meditation postures, developing a regular sitting practice, skillfully relating to difficulties and hindrances, etc.

Hey
Does anyone know of a good site or book that gives good instruction on walking meditation. I have only started to incorporate it into my practice so any tips would be very helpful.
Many thanks

Greetings clw_uk,
I'm not sure what the rest of your practise is. Ajahn Brahm covers it in Mindfulness, Bliss and Beyond from an Ajahn Chah sort of approach.
There's plenty about walking using the Mahasi approach on the following sites, but if you don't use that approach is might seem overly complex.

This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!
