Discussion of Satipatthana bhavanā and Vipassana bhavana.

I'm trying to get my partner interested in meditation with some moderate success and I think the Mahasi-style noting would be useful for her. At this point she's mainly interested in sitting for shorter periods of ten to fifteen minutes once or twice a day so I've been looking for some good guided ones at about 10-20 minutes length but haven't been able to find any.
Any suggestions or links?
Kind regards.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLvU7pp ... B03E12F5A1Yuttadhammo has his whole series thing, that might help!
Gain and loss, status and disgrace,
censure and praise, pleasure and pain:
these conditions among human beings are inconstant,
impermanent, subject to change.
Knowing this, the wise person, mindful,
ponders these changing conditions.
Desirable things don’t charm the mind,
undesirable ones bring no resistance.
His welcoming and rebelling are scattered,
gone to their end,
do not exist.
