I'd like to look more into S. N. Goenka's 10 Day Vipassana Meditation Discourse, but I can't find it anywhere other than file sharing networks, and I'm not sure if it would be legal to get it from there. Is there an official site where these videos can be reviewed and/or purchased?

Very closely associated with vipassana research institute. pariyatti publishes and sells an excellent range of dhamma books and videos by vri (and others) relating to the work of sn goenka, as well as others.
