Pra Pramote's Free Books Online

Postby mintini » Wed Sep 28, 2011 12:02 pm

Dear All,
I graduated from 3-month ordination about a year ago. I've gained certain important knowledge which is too difficult for me to explain. However, you can try reading these articles/books written by Pra Pramote. Hope these following links help. http://www.wimutti.net

Observe the Observed! Be Mindful With Senses, Feelings and Thoughts to Observe the Body and Mind Every Second of Your Life to Know that Something (Tangible or Intangible Objects)(Senses, Feelings and Thoughts) Happens and Ends (Changing Its Form from One Form to Another Totally New Form) Every Second. That "Something" Is Also Not Self. It's Not You. It Doesn't Belong to you. You Cannot Control It. That "Something" Cannot Bear Every Pushing Surrounding Things. Once You've Truly Acknowledged The Truth That There Is No You Or Yourself in Every Universe Ever Exists. Then You'll Eventually and Automatically Have Capability to Let Go of the Suffering Body (Tangible) and Mind (Intangible).

I saw a nice booklet by him called "For You the Beginner" which explains meditation and mindfulness practice very well.

Namaste. If you can understand Thai, I believe his teachings will be coherent with the path you're wandering. You might have heard some rumors about his scandals. Fear not. I also hope that practice makes perfect and that no doubt would occur for those truly commit themselves with Buddha's teachings.
