Please try again, it's working for me. Anyways here is another link to the news:

I guess you have been to Nepal previously but if you have not been to that region I would suggest you to do some research and make preparation ahead of the time. Sometimes situations can be unpredictable in the big cities like Kathmandu due to unstable political situation and other reasons.
