Greetings,

A simple guide to assist you in formatting your posts at Dhamma Wheel.

Metta,
Retro. :)
What is the final conviction that comes when radical attention is razor-edge sharp? That the object of the mind is mind-made (manomaya). (Ven. Ñāṇananda)

Having understood name-and-form, which is a product of prolificity,
And which is the root of all malady within and without,
He is released from bondage to the root of all maladies,
That Such-like-one is truly known as 'the one who has understood'.

Dear retro -- Sorry if I'm dumb or simply missed it: Is there a way to make my avatar smaller -- perhaps half the size of what it currently is?

Grateful for any pointers.

Dear D -- Good to 'see' you and also to receive your assistance. Thanks.

Unfortunately -- possibly due to my own ineptness -- when I copied the properties of the picture you created and then tried to substitute it in the avatar department, I got repeated messages telling me I was using an "invalid URL." It's no big deal if all this is troublesome (not need to sweat over it) ... I just like the picture. :)

What you can do is to download the picture from this page to your disk and then upload it directly to this site on the avatar settings page.

Thanks D. That seemed to do the trick. Now all I have to do is learn how to use my cell phone.
