New Global Moderator - bodom

Post by retrofuturist »

Greetings,

Please join me in welcoming bodom into the role of global moderator.

Bodom has impressed the Dhamma Wheel mod/admin team with his calm and intelligent postings, and I'm sure he's left a similar impression upon other members too. We are confident that he can bring those attributes into the global moderator role and help keep Dhamma Wheel as the #1 place on the Internet to discuss Theravada Buddhism.

Thanks Bodom.

Metta,
Retro. :)

Congratulations Bodom!

Thanks everyone!

Dhamma Wheel has been such a wonderful and important resource for me and my practice of Theravadan Buddhism. I owe a great deal of debt to David, Retro and Ben for Making Dhamma Wheel what is. Without it, isolated and cut off from other practioners the way I was when I first came across DW, I would definitely not be where I am with my practice today.

My only hope is to continue in the lineage of excellent moderators that Dhamma Wheel has seen both past and at present, and to help keep Dhamma Wheel the invaluable resource that it is for myself and many others.

Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.

You need to be included in there as well Tilt. Afterall, it was you who sent me the pm on e-sangha to let me know about DW. My upmost gratitude is extended to you as well.
