Please note - a couple of changes have been made to the forum titles and descriptions in the Meditation Forum - viewforum.php?f=6
The main change is the renaming and restructuring of what was formerly the Meditation (Suttanta Method), with the more accurate title of Mental Cultivation in the Sutta Pitaka. As a result of the change, a few topics have been moved out of that sub-forum and into other locations.
When creating new topics on meditation, please consider which of the new sub-forums best suits your requirements.
