hello,
i have pain in my right hip upper part, very annoying, doc said it is because carrying over weight materials and give it time, but it is still there after a week or more, it cause that i can not sit like before, specially sometimes after sitting it becomes more hurting.
any experience? i think i have to ask for exercises that good for my condition.

All I can offer is that for meditation, you don't need to sit in a specific posture. In fact you don't have to sit at all, as long as you do not obstruct the airway. You can be in bed and meditate; I do!

As long as you don't fall asleep, that is...
While meditating, try to pay attention to the pain. I'm not sure what scale of pain it is, but for anything other than very serious when I pay attention during meditation it seems to fade (even if it hasn't gone away truly, it doesn't bother me as much).
