An excellent suggestion!
My favorites:
http://zencast.org/ and especially http://www.audiodharma.org/index.html. There is a great deal of duplication between them, but there are differences and the differences can be very worthwhile. Gil Fronsdal is certainly the primary speaker, but I also highly recommend any of Andrea Fella's talks as well.
