Yes, we'll take behaviours like that on under the banner of "do not be disruptive.

For now we won't explicitly list it in the Terms Of Service (lest the whole thing start to look like an insurance contract that nobody reads), but your assessment is correct and we'll aim to edit Subject titles accordingly.
