I do.
As of late I've been considering taking up yoga to firm up my beer belly. I've also been trying to deal with stress and negative feelings better by distracting myself with activities.
What about you?

1, To maximise my longevity and quality of life so I have maximum opportunity to practice.
No 1 leads to No 2...
2, To continue to walk the path and to experience Nibbanic peace in this life.

Re: Do you have physical/spiritual goals?
I do have some goals, most of which involve simplifying my life and working on some health issues.

Nothing is more basic, or better, than yoga. There is no reason not to do it. Start this morning. You can find many examples online.
I workout twice a week lifting heavy weights. I'll teach you, if you want.

I'll only teach those who are willing to listen.

Well, I'd like to lose weight.

Another goal, I'd like to attempt to better understand the people I care about in my life.

Do you have physical/spiritual goals?
Hmmm some super goals
I have two young kids to look after, so they take up most of my time. But ....
I have lost weight, I cycle to work....
I'm trying to increase meditation time, even if I have to get up at 5am.
I'm building a boat to take the family out in........
Trying to appreciate my wife each day

Re: Do you have physical/spiritual goals?
I'd like to lose a little weight; hey, who wouldn't?
I'd like to get a better handle on my emotions, and not let how I feel dictate the quality of my life so much. The wise show no variation, whether touched by elation or depression etc etc.
I'd also really like to get a proper handle on my attachment to other people. I'll never get what I want, so I need to stop putting so much importance on people acting the way I want them to act. Basically, to not be so affected when things with other people don't go as I planned.
No precise goals, I think, just general 'wellness' ones. If I had to express it all in one word: 'upekkha'.

Those are both very nice goals.
The way I feel often dictates my life. When I have negative feelings, it seems that I become more and more of a negative person as a whole.
The second one, I can really relate to as well...I can't expect people to behave in the same manner as I do. While people that I care about sometimes do things that irk me, even though it's not entirely wrong...I just need to let it go and accept our differences which is why "try to understand the people I care about better" is one of my goals. Maybe another goal should be that I should also try to think more positively about the people I do not care about.

Who doesn't have physical/spiritual goals?
The question should be: "What it the most effective way of realizing my goals"?
