Hi all

I was reading this forum for a few weeks but now I have a question so decided to register here.
I also visit e-sangha for a few years as Sergey_O, usually reading, sometimes writing, so many of this forum members are familiar to me. Greetings to all. :anjali:

Welcome aboard, Serge-o!

Metta,

Phil
I hope that every time I post it will be accompanied by a wish for the wellbeing of everyone in this sangha and all beings.
(so I don't have to write "metta" every time!)

Metta,
Retro. :)
If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)
