Hi all
I'm puzzled why transcribed Pali doesn't always come out clearly when posted, whether this means I haven't installed proper fonts, or what. Once one installs "unicode" are all of these problems eliminated?
For example, Ven. Dhammanando kindly posted this for me in another thread:
jīvitaṃ attabhāvo ca, sukhadukkhā ca kevalā.
ekacittasamāyuttā, lahu so vattate khaṇo.
ye niruddhā marantassa, tiṭṭhamānassa vā idha.
sabbepi sadisā khandhā, gatā appaṭisandhikā.
anibbattena na jāto, paccuppannena jīvati.
cittabhaṅgā mato loko, paññatti paramatthiyā ti.
This is going to sound utterly stupid, but does everyone see those four little squares where letters are missing? Usually when this happens I can identify the missing letter - it's often the .m, but in this case that doesn't seem to be the case.
Could someone help me understand this, and also kindly supply the missing letters.
Thank you.
Phil
