Purely by an accident of timing two topics appeared next to each on the board index.

One is about how to lose the sense of self.
The other is about taking members seriously.

It would be even better if the topic of the latter reflected that the thread is almost entirely about reputation.

Certainly the joke is that much better if one is aquainted with even a taste of the content....
It reminds me of the old gag " Thats enough about me...tell me what YOU think about me".
