Does anyone know what Pannatti and vinnatti refer to?

Vinnatti is Vijnapti in Sanskrit and means information or intimation - its described as a subtle rupa thet gets produced when the mind of a sentient being influences the body in context of a intentional movement. The movement then "informs" another being of the intention.
I was first surprised to see its used in Theravada too, as i always knew it only as a typical Sarvastivada concept.
Nina von Gorkom deals with this a bit in Chapter 6 of her text on Rupas.
