Unfortunately, sometimes I eat due to craving for a taste.
According to the walking machine screen at the gym, one kilometre burns up 45 calories. My Evil Twin forced me to eat a sausage roll and sauce today. This has 480+ calories. So … I would need to walk 10 kilometres to lose that. Augghhh!

No, I'm much more humble than you. And much less judgemental too.

But look on the bright side - you could get through a
lot of sausage rolls on a 10 kilometre walk.

If you're hanging out for a sausage roll fix, these:

are really nice. Taste like the real deal though I wouldnt eat them everyday as they're still very fatty.
kind regards

Thanks Ben!
seems that Coles and Woolworths carry that line - I'll have a look next shopping day.

You can change your taste. It's easy. Just stop consuming sugar.
Once you do that, natural foods will taste good to you.
You will no longer have cravings. Promise!
