For the purpose of the argument, I'm wondering what you consider exercise.
Lifting weights, my coffee cup, that is.
:coffee:

Just kidding!

I do stair climbing. I go up the stairs to the 28th floor everyday at least once, occasionally two or three times.

This is what I did today.
Deadlift.
Leg extension.
Pullups.
Incline press.
Curl with a long bar.
Abs, neck.
Here is what I do a few days later after eating proper nutrition and resting:
Squat.
Leg Curl.
Barbell row.
Lat raises, followed by
Barbell raise.
Lat shrug.
Tricep pulls
Abs.
In between there is yoga and sprinting. And of course I bike every day. This is what I consider exercise.

Beautiful place to work-out!

That is quite a work-out. I prefer something fast and simple, that is why I do stairclimbing. I don't want to be spending too much time exercising; but that looks like a great program you do.

I'm wondering if this is bad for my health, or perhaps good?
From my personal practice and observations, I realized for myself that eating strictly once a day is more than enough. The only problem why people can't do that and feel "bad" - is their mind filled with craving for food.

Buddha was very wise.

Yeah, as long as you don't have diabetes or other diseases like that... it should be no problem.

Well, it is probably not ideal, but in some ways this is a form of fasting. I would view as more of a spiritual journey instead of a physical journey.
