Problems to recover password

I have problems to recover my password. No matter how many times I submit my username, I never receive the email, not even in the junk folder.

I have registered with another name (suriyopama_) to send messages to some moderators, but it seems that there are also problems with the PM's

I will appreciate if you can reset the password of my original account
