i have new respect for Abhidhamma
as i found out that it can be applied in meditation
metta to all sufferings

A Manual of Abhidhamma from the Buddhanet Library may be a good place to start. It doesn't go into Conditional Relations in detail, but it covers the basics of the Abhidhamma well.

Available at the link Venerable Bhikkhu Pesala has provided you can find a Pali Buddhist Dictionary listed under palidict.zip.Bhikkhu Pesala wrote:Buddhanet Library
The definition for Paccaya gives a description of each of the 24 ways things may be conditioned.
