what is a good version of the abdhidhamma not from the internet, does it even matter are some better than others? and possibly also a pali english dictionary book on kindle. metta, befriend

I added Pali Text Society to that list of resources. They have almost the entire Pitaka translated to English in print book format. I have all of those volumes. The translation appears to be good; I am not a Pali expert, but it is readable. It is somewhat difficult reading, but certainly understandable.

Yamaka (no PTS translation yet)
Tikapaṭṭhāna

Although two volumes have not been translated yet, I have heard that they are mostly summaries of the information in the other volumes.
Good stuff, if you have the funds and time.
