Concept of Aggregates, Spheres, Elements, Truths, Faculties,

Hello all,

In Abhidhamma Piṭaka, Puggalapaññattipāḷi, first page, it says that Aggregates, spheres, elements, truths, faculties, and people are concepts.

Cha paññattiyo – khandhapaññatti, āyatanapaññatti, dhātupaññatti, saccapaññatti, indriyapaññatti, puggalapaññattīti.

1) Does this mean that these are concepts (paññatti) from the teaching of Abhidhamma Pitaka?
2) Why is concept of person is put in the same category as concept of aggregates, spheres, elements, truths, faculties?

paññatti - designation; name; concept; idea; a regulation.
khandha = aggregates
āyatana = spheres
dhātu = elements
sacca = truths
indriya = faculties
