Greetings Jarmika,
Indeed. I had a very nice Sunday, doing some meditation, tidying the outside deck and endeavouring to maintain mindfulness throughout the day.
This morning at 5am I was woken up by a cat we’re looking after – she was perched up on top of the curtains and jumped down on me! I took the opportunity to try and keep the simplicity going, giving up on trying to get back to sleep - instead, meditating in the front room with some guided meditation recordings I downloaded a few years ago off the Buddhanet website.
How do you maintain simple living in Thailand?

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

Many thanks to the link to the Sutta. "The bliss of blamelessness". I have been carrying around in my head the memory of a Dhamma talk (I think by Ajahn Sucitto) when he referred to "the power of blamelessness".
Is there another Sutta that you know of with this phrase in? Or might it be a different translation? I'll settle for a decaying memory on my part...
