I've been a Buddhist in the UK for 32 years and have practised in all the main traditions. I've been running a Buddhist group for the last 4 years, and more recently I've been moderating over at the Freesangha forum.
I appreciate this forum particularly because of the knowledge and experience of it's contributors.
