Alan is right. The whiter the bread, the sooner you're dead.
Why? Because in non-whole-grain products lack everything. No vitamins, no minerals, no vaccines.

@Stefan: Great to read your story.
I am still fighting with old, negative and compulsive eating behaviour.
But it seems, as if I haven't suffered enought, thought it gets better and better.
It really takes way longer to let go of old habits that I wish it would.
Hopefully I soon can overcome that.

Tips to reduce weight quickly:-

Do exercise regularly for 30 mints,
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily,
use fresh fruits,
Eat raw and boiled vegetables.
Neglect all the fat and oily foods,
Drink juice after every 2 hours...

dieting, exercise, swimming, cycling, walking, running etc. By these you can easily lose your weight.
now its up to you how do you want to lose.
