If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)'We should not congratulate someone on the success of their misdeeds, but on the contrary should endeavour to advise him or her to lead a more skilful and wholesome life. If such advice is ignored then we can only give up and let go' - Phra PanyapatipoDharma Wheel (Mahayana / Vajrayana forum)

Happy Birthday Ben!! Wonderful to see you & your family in those photos.

"As Buddhists, we should aim to develop relationships that are not predominated by grasping and clinging. Our relationships should be characterised by the brahmaviharas of metta (loving kindness), mudita (sympathetic joy), karuna (compassion), and upekkha (equanimity)."

Rather, inquire into his knowledge of

Hi Fede!
Yes, indeed, DHL is known on this god-forsaken island.
Actually, its not such a bad idea! i could send you some birthday cake in a flat-pack with an allen key!
My daughter and sons colluded and made me a beautiful birthday cake which was a madeira cake with cream and passionfruit and iced with white chocolate!
Yum!
