3-Day course contents???

Post by Joseph »

Good day everybody!
I'm going to a 3-Day short SN Goenka course tomorrow. Anybody here attended one before? If so, what do we do there?
Although I attended a couple of 10-Day ones before, I cannot find any info as to what a 3-Day course entails.

Thank you!

Yes, many.
One day Anapana. Two days Vipassana.
Same timetable, same instructions.
kind regards,

Ben

That was simple enough.
Are the evening discourses the same?

Thanks!

No. The discourses are different to the ones you have heard on the ten-day course.
All the best,
