Greetings to everyone!

I am very pleased to find a sangha online. I hope to learn a great deal and enjoy the company of practicing Buddhists. I have been a casual practitioner of Vipassana meditation for about 7 years, but I recently felt compelled to commit to follow the Buddha's teachings. I am not in a position to travel to meet with a local sangha, so this forum is greatly appreciated. I look forward to getting to know everyone better!

If you have asked me of the origination of unease, then I shall explain it to you in accordance with my understanding:
Whatever various forms of unease there are in the world, They originate founded in encumbering accumulation. (Pārāyanavagga)

You are most welcome here.

What is the use of his knowledge
pertaining to the number of insects in the whole world?
Rather, inquire into his knowledge of
that which is to be practised by us
