When you meditate is it good to ne leaning against the wall so that you have an straight poscure? Whether it is better that you're not leaning on anything

Hi B,
Try and sit with a straight back without back support if you can. It is better for developing mindfulness and alertness.
On the other hand, if you have a physical (medical) problem that prevents you from sitting without back support then certainly use what you need.
kind regards,
Ben

in relation to Bens comment, There are supports available to aid in keeping upright such as special cushions, seats, or a normal chair, stool, and back jacks.
This offering maybe right, or wrong, but it is one, the other, both, or neither!
