Welcome! Is there much of a Portuguese Buddhist community?

censure and praise, pleasure and pain:
these conditions among human beings are inconstant,
impermanent, subject to change.
Knowing this, the wise person, mindful,

Desirable things don’t charm the mind,

gone to their end,
