I agree whole heartedly Ven. U Thuzana helped me to see "arising and passing away" over 20 days last month (Nov. 2012). I feel most fortunate to have attended. I will definitely go again. The center can be a little challenging for the first time western Yogi used to normal western-style retreats(this was my second visit), but it is well worth overcoming the challenge and I ultimately got to really love the place.
