Dear Friends,

We are pleased to announce that Ajahn Jamnian (Ajahn Jumnien) will be coming to the U.S. from Thailand to give a weeklong retreat near Olympia, Washington. Ajahn Jamnian (also known as Luang por Jumnien) is a contemporary of Ajahn Chah is considered to be living Buddhist master. He was one of Jack Kornfield's first teachers and was featured in the book "Living Dhamma" by Jack Kornfield and in the book Sons of the Buddha by Kamala Tiyavanich .

This is a rare opportunity as it is the first time in four years Ajahn Jamnian has come to the U.S. This will be his only long retreat in the United States in 2012.
