The new monk looks very young.

It's kind of nice to see Ajahn Chandapalo now taking on the position of upajaya. He was ordained at Chithurst so he may well be the first European ordained monk performing ordinations in Europe.

Jeez, when are we gonna get more Europeans to Ordain wid Chinese Mahayana traditions?!! We need more Western Venerables!!! Know wat im sayin?

Samanera Kimbilo - Novice Ordination 1/2

Novice Ordination by Anagarika Stanis on 13 May 2012 with Ajahn Amaro as preceptor. This took place in Amaravati Buddhist Monastery, UK.
