Later edit: Aha, Tilt knew what it was. So please disregard my post below.
The photos you have linked to are very tiny.
But from what I can see, it might have something to do with some sort of Christianity, with the fish symbol. Other than that, I have no idea.
My guess is it's a made-up spiritual symbol that someone thinks looks cool enough to get done as a tattoo.
