Great news!
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.

Dear Bhante G,
I pray for your recovery, and look forward to seeing you and learning from you next year.

It makes me glad to know that there are such noble and good beings on this Earth, as Bhante Gunaratana. I wish him all the best in his recovery.
To the Buddha-refuge i go; to the Dhamma-refuge i go; to the Sangha-refuge i go.

I read that Bhante G is out of hospital; being cared for by his family. He is such a strong noble person which will allow him to live a long, long, time. All of us are impermanent but some a lot less so because of their noble qualities like the Buddha and Bhante G. May he be well, happy and peaceful right now and always.
