Great Places to study the Suttas

Like many here I find the suttas to be a rich source of content relating to the dhamma.

Are there locations in which one can have access to the whole of the pali canon and related early texts and enjoy instruction as well quality study time (much like a university) without the bias of a certain schools interpreation , etc?

I look at what has taken place in the academic field of theology in the christian arena and some of the greatest "advances' have been in the universities which allowed for free inquiry.

Why not look at a university?
Many monastics and lay Buddhists attend universities around the world to study the Dhamma.
