Are these considered right livelihood?

I'm thinking about becoming a web developer or computer programmer, however, I'd like to make sure these occupations fall within right livelihood. If anyone can comment on this, I'd very much appreciate it.

Thank you for the information. I do have one more question: In MN 117, it says "And what is wrong livelihood? Scheming, persuading, hinting, belittling, & pursuing gain with gain. This is wrong livelihood...", what exactly is meant by "persuading", "hinting" and "pursuing gain with gain"?

If you examine the context of MN117 this seems to be specifically directed at bhikkhus. The "scheming, persuading, hinting..." is not allowed for a Bhikkhu, who undertakes to live on what is freely offered.

The same occupation may have many difference answer at difference environment-- boss, colleague, type of work, food, partner, etc.

You should decide it yourself with comparison with dhamma.
