it doesnt say so im not going to go through all the things then at the end have them tell me its some sort of money a month.

Yes, it does look a bit sneaky. No up-front "this is what it costs" message.
However, this page gives prices for "gift membership":
https://www.lumosity.com/giftwhich I presume is the same as regular membership.
