It is also important to remember that by breaching, as Chris said, one of these precepts you are 'at risk', so to speak, of violating the four remaining. For they are not to be understood as separate ones, but constantly linked with each other. In the Abhisanda Sutta (AN 8.39) it is read that the rewards of taking the five precepts do not vary from one precept to the other, emphasizing how much the precepts are intrinsically related.

It should also be mentioned that while rape is technically sexual misconduct, that is not the main reason why it is horrible. Framing rape in terms of sexual misconduct takes the risk of making violent, destructive assault merely a matter of lust or self-indulgence. Not every unwholesome action can be linked to the precepts anyway - your could torture someone to the brink of death and still not be in breach of the first precept should they end up surviving.
